UPDATE MY CREDIT REPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot begin to explain the atrocious service I have received from this company, i have been paying since the contract commenced we even agreed on a payment term which i have adhered to (I have been paying since last year August). I recently checked my credit report to my dismay there hasn't been any updates from them. I have tried to get this fixed but nothing is happening. the consultants including the supervisor JAPHTA was extremely rude and might i add that to date nothing has happened.

I have also been sending emails to Melissa Mac Farlene, she ignores my mail and basically no one is helping.

The next email i will be sending will be to your client FNB.

I need this resolved.
