They *****ed up a discount last month. Now that the account has been settled as of the 25th of May I am yet to receive a paid up letter. This is a joke. Its easy to pester me for payments but hard to deliver a paid up letter. I had to call in for the third time today and spoke to a Rethabile who sent me from pillar to post!
