Shut down this company!

This company is nonsense. The entire floor/ team is ***********. Calls are not recorded to track the nonsense these consultants confirm. I called in and was told I qualify for a 20% discount from then onwards the consultant said his system is slow and they are transferring me to their team leader only to be sent to three more departments that do not deal with my account. I hang up and call again and I am told that I do not qualify for a discount by a Noxolo. The team leader then attends to the matter and tells me the 20% was cancelled last year and these lines are not recorded and there is no trace that I had spoken to anyone else.
