Request for settlement quote being ignored

I have been receiving emails advertising to settle and save. I have sent countless emails requesting a settlement quote, but no response. I have also tried to get my bank to assist to be advised it is not their area of expertise, but they are the ones I have the loan with???? Typical South African mentality. So glad I left the country. Can't stand the lack of service.
