REPORT OF LABOUR LAW VIOLATION

I hear that CSS Credit Solutions exploits it's employees. The working environment often involves extremely long hours with little to no consideration for employee well-being. The shifts extend to around 12 hours, and lunch or tea breaks are not given.

The culture makes it difficult to speak up and many employees seem afraid to raise concerns because of the pressure to perform and the fear of consequences. This creates a very stressful and exhausting atmosphere and it feels like management does not take employee welfare seriously.

I would not recommend this workplace to anyone who values work-life balance or fair treatment. I hope the company takes feedback seriously and improves the way it treats staff. We will be escalating this.
