Refund

I have paid an amount of R1010. 38 into CSS credit solutions standard bank account on the 07/07/2023 as payment for my Mtn cellphone contract. I battled CSS Credit solutions together with MTN in trying to get the money allocated to my account which never happened until today. I am now battling to get a refund as they couldn't allocated that money into my Mtn account as they claim to be debt collectors on behalf of their client(mtn) I emailed Vanessa Applegreen in enquiries who seems not to be helpful as well. I just want CSS credit solutions to return my money. I have all the necessary proof if required
