Paid with no resolution
I've paid an outstanding account (was used by late family member) in Nov 2022, yet this company never settled the debt after payment was received, no confirmation of payment, what they did was they transferred the "debt" (paid) to another credit company, and they kept on harassing me and I paid it again.
