Paid up letter still not sent 2 months now

I thought going through their reviews I would never be a victim , they so nice to you when trying to collect money but come the time you need what's yours like my paid up letter then it is a big issue , ignored emails and lack of communication and competence in general , when you call no one seems to know what they're doing all of a sudden and none of the managers want to come to the phone to talk to you I need my paid up letter people 7 working days is long passed we going on 2 months now and it is excuse after excuse from this debt collecting company , I already did a review aswell on Old mutual so hopefully now they will be some sort of improvement because that's what you guys want right? Bad reviews first before a client can be fully assisted ? Shame on you all and this terrible bad services from both parties
