Ongoing smses

I received a paid up letter on August 2020 and I was advised to take it a foschini store to close my account. I did that and the staff at foschini confirmed that it has been closed . However, I was still receiving smses from the company requesting payment. I proceeded to call the call centre and I was advised to ignore then suddenly the agent told me that my account was not closed and I need to head back to foschini store again. As annoyed as is was, I did that. But I am still receiving endless smses and emails requesting payment. HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSE TO CLOSE OFF THIS ACCOUNT??? THIS IS HARRASSMENT
