Not Receiving Paid Up letter when account is settled.

I have settled my account in July Already and have not received a paid up letter yet, after numerous phone calls, WhatsApp Messages, emails no paid up letter received. Pathetic, Consultants are rude and not willing to help. Always saying they requested it again and confirming my email address? No one is able to help me, fed up. They are quick to phone and harass you to pay, but once its settled you hear nothing from them. Been getting SMS's that I need to pay the outstanding balance when I phone them they just say ignore it. Its not been updated that my account has been settled although I have The proof on WhatsApp that it has been paid up and the proof of payments.
