Non Factual ****s with plausible deniability

I wish there was a negative rating possible, this company will hound you, ignore emails, repeatedly call you, ignoring your explicit request for email based communication only, then engage with you , constantly reminding you immediate payment on your SARS account must be made but then provide you with a incorrect outstanding amount, and when you check up on your SARS statement and realize the amount owed is more then these *****s are pushing you to pay, they just act a fool , telling you that its your own responsibility to track balances , why is it then that I'm dealing with you ? If you are not factual when you are acting on behalf of an organization like SARS what's the point ? These people cant care less about you as a person and or your circumstances , they merely have the legal right to bully you on behalf of SARS and enjoy plausible deniability when there are any discrepancies. FYI, don't even bother posting your generic customer care tagline nonsense, this is for other people out there to know what your organization really does.
