Incorrect Settlement amounts
I have recently found out that my Cell C account has been handed over to CSS Credit Solutions. I hav contacted them and they gave me a settlement of almost R12 000. But on my Transunion Credit Report it shoes my Balance is only R2000. This is completely unacceptable. Where does the other R10 000 come from???
