****mers, an agent called me to offer a package on my mtn contract she said no increase it's Just a special offer from MTN only to be charged 582rand and added to my MTN bill. I'm still waiting for the call recording ☹️ this is wrong I wonder why mtn partners with such unprofessional people misleading clients on the phone 😭😡I want my money back

03 Jul 2023, 14:37I spoke to a lady named Vanessa she can't even help me I asked to speak to the manager and so apparently she's the manager, she said she can't put me through to the relevant department that the woman ****med me from, and I'm complaining to the wrong company CSS but now apparently the lady is working there, so I don't know if it's a whole **** or what please I want my money back day light ******* isn't acceptable
