CSS supervisor unprofessional and rude and does not know how to assist customers.
After my Cell C account was handed over to CSS I settled the account of in May of 2022 and sent through all the documentation to the relevant people and was told that everything would be sorted and I would receive a paid up letter. I was under the impression it was sorted only to find out in October 2022 it hadn't been updated i contact CSS again and they sent a paid up letter was told it would update on the ITC with 21 days. After 2 months of waiting this matter was not settled. I was then given a supervisor's details to handle the case. First time speaking to the supervisor she told me it would be sorted as it wasn't updated. When I contacted her again with the issue she told me it would take 72 hours for feedback. After that time when I contacted her said started speaking to me in an unprofessional matter. Being a supervisor and working in a call center environment she was unprofessional and came across like everything I said was wrong and she was right. She started speaking rudely to me and asked me questions but never gave me a chance to reply. I am not sure how she became a supervisor as she is extremely rude, unprofessional and does not know how to speak to customers or clients as she believes she's always right. She made a promise to call me back but never did, says she said things but she never did. The supervisor is Natasha Mnisi and something has to done about her.
To make matters worse my issue is still unresolved and this is effecting me but she didn't care about that. To her all that mattered was she was correct.
