CSS solutions not clearing name after payment as promised.

So in 2019 Standard Bank handed me over to this company. Case no ***.

They offered me a 30% discount if I paid within a certain time, which I did.

I asked for a statement showing my zero balance and a letter stating that I have paid up my account, which I have after two years not received yet.

Today I app**** for a credit instalment and was declined because of this company. They have not cleared my name yet. Can you believe this? I would presume that they are professional as Standard Bank would not use a sub standard company.

So how do I get this sorted? Was this *****? still waiting for answers from them.

Please can someone help me with advice? This is quite urgent.
