CSS Solutions Big Thumbs Down

Terrible service. No complaint line, no feedback on questions. When asking to speak to a manager the mailbox is full and nobody answers.

I have extremely important isues that need to be resolved with my Cell C account, all I get is a call from time to time from a Brooks Luyt Attorneys representative wanting to discuss my account with me.

My issues are not being resolved, no interest in my questions, ONLY interested in collectiong money when it appears that neither or Cell C have a copy of the contract for which I am asked to pay monthly.

Cell C also have a nasty streak- deleting the number that I have used for business since 1995 and I now find that that number cannot be recovered.

I have suffered a Big loss of business due to the fact that clients trying to call me are disappointed to learn that my long-standing contact number does'nt exist!
