CSS made me feel like I got ******.

This place offered me a discount and ensured me it lasts only a certain limit of time. I make sure I made some debt to cover this discounted price and then after making payment I'm still being chased up even more for the rest of the amount. I rate this place a 0. This "Discount" didn't help me at all. Ontop of feeling like I've been *****, this place had no decency to help me set up any plans to cover this outstanding amount.
