CSS is ***********, does not get issues resolved since 2018

I have received multiple calls and Emails stating that my account is due for payment on my old sportscene accounts . However the account was settled in 2018 and received a paid up letter 12 October 2018.

Since 2018 i have been receiving calling and i have told all your agents i spoke to that the account is settle and i received a paid up letter. I have even sent emails and attaching the paid up letter.

I was told my account is a duplicate hence why my name is on the system, and requested to speak to a supervisor and high level support to get it remove. But obviously it was not done. As i received a call this morning. Which i was highly upset.
