CSS Credit solutions....Are they a **** company or what?

After two years of being contacted by CSS I have requested the actual MTN account numerous times from CSS as well as MTN but to no avail. How do they expect me to pay any money if nobody can tell me what it is for. I have now contacted Vanessa Applegreen, Fikile Dube as well as CSS's Complaints department but even they cannot supply this account and still CSS keeps on sending me emails regarding account settlements.
