CSS Credit Solutions - worst experience and very unhelpfull,

Unhelpful is the least that can be said about CSS Credit solutions. I have settled my account IN FULL more than 3 months ago, have been begging for my paid-up letter and all that is said, you have to wait another 7 - 21 workings days. I explained my predicament that I am unable to find a rental property from 1 August 2025 as the judgement against my name is preventing the agencies to assist me with a rental property and they just do not care about my situation at all. I then asked for a letter of goodstanding and letter of intent and they blatantly said that they cannot assist and I must await the paid-up letter. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated and very stressed about my current situation and that I now sit with this dilemma.
