Very rude staff members they call you and harass u even for payed monthly payment, especially the ladies they are Very rude, I sent their manager a mail to complain but the manager ignored me,only focused on the payment not his/her staff conduct,manager name is Farayi Sanyika.very poor customer service, they collecting on behalf of Fnb
