Concern
Good day I have a concern on my capitec account which was handed over, so last month i was left with R1600, so this month on the 20th they have deducted R563.15, and the money they have deducted its not on my statement its not showing on my statement why, what happened to my money because its still showing the R1600, and the last payment of November the December payment its not showing.
