Complaint

On the 4th of May 2020 I received a call from Leroy Ally he is working for a company called CSS and offered me a settlement discount of 20% for my sportscene account. We made arrangements that I will make the payment the following day. I made the payment and forwarded the Proof of payment to them and I requested a paid up letter or settlement letter. Up until today the 3rd of February 2021 I have not received the letter instead they are promising that they have escalated the request to their Administrative department. They are still calling me to make payment arrangements.
