Bullying and Harassment.

CSS Credit Solutions placed a trace alert on myTransunion profile for a prescribed FNB account that I never made payment to in over 6 years nor made payment arrangement on.

They always called with their sister company Brooks and Luyt trying to pin me into the corner and force me into paying the account. The account was written off years ago and doesn't even reflect on mytransunion. When I called CSS to enquire why they placed a trace alert on me the agent said they'll call me back as she doesn't have the information on her system. So why am I being harassed like this for a debt that is over three years and according to south African laws that debt is written off!!!
