Bullies with no respect for legal process

I have been accused of having opened an Eskom account in Killarney Gardens, Western Cape that is in arrears. Without being provided with any evidence whatsoever, in spite of asking for the necessary proof so that I can dispute it.

How can I be expected to go make an affidavit that it is a case of ****** identity if I have nothing to go and dispute?

I live in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, and have not left the province in three years. The last time I was in Cape Town was for Design Indaba 2014. Now I must accept that I somehow owe money on an Eskom account that I couldn't possibly have opened.

On top of this, they've reported me to the ITC and are issuing a summons. It's ***** at best. Not giving me any means with which to contest any of their legal claims or activity. And not how a legal firm should conduct itself. Especially in reporting me to the ITC while I'm trying to resolve the issue and get documentation from them.

Am I supposed to just accept the matter on hearsay? Should I just pay out for anyone who calls me claiming that I am in arrears on some random account just because they claim so?

No. But CSS Credit Solutions and Brooks & Luyt Inc are happy to do it.

I guess it's just easier to just threaten people.... bully them into paying out of fear. Well done indeed.
