Being harassed by CSS Solutions

This is my second complaint concerning CSS Credit Solutions. Despite previous attempts to resolve this matter, CSS Credit Solutions continues to harass me with incorrect emails and sms’s.

For over a year, CSS Credit Solutions has been contacting me regarding an alleged debt to Tyme Bank. I have reached out to TymeBank to verify this claim. Their representatives have confirmed that I have no outstanding debts with them and have suggested that the communications from CSS Credit Solutions may be *****ulent.

Previously, I was contacted by individuals named Vanessa Applegreen and Busisiwe Vuma from CSS Credit Solutions. I provided both with screenshots from my TymeBank app clearly indicating a zero balance and no outstanding payments. Busisiwe acknowledged receipt of this information and mentioned they were awaiting confirmation from Tyme Bank as of May 15th. Since then, I have received no further communication from them, and my subsequent emails have been ignored.

Despite providing evidence disproving their claims, CSS Credit Solutions continues to contact me regarding this non-existent debt. This ongoing harassment is unacceptable and must stop immediately!
