Bad Service

So I had a CellC account that was in arrears and I paid up this account in November now I can't seem to get a paid up letter from this people and everytime I call or whattsapp they keep on telling me that the account is still open I'm fed up with them I was told I will receive my paid up letter in 7/14 days and it's been almost 2 months worst service ever
