Refusal to refund

<p>The shop sold me a defective product and I returned it back to the store. They refused to refund me and I reported to their head office. I received communication from head office refusing to refund me also but offering me to take another item. Now i am being forced to spend my money in their shop. I deserve an opportunity to spend my money as I wish. Why does this store have this policy if they will not even comply with it? </p>
