You guys are useless

I am appalled at the service i received from you guys, i sent an email on the 25/08/2017 and you guys promised to assist but till date no one has come back to me. when i call no one bothers to answer the call and when they do answer they send us pillar to post. I have spoken to 3 agents thus far Nomsa, Amanda, Sibongile and non of them helped so whats the point of you guys even having this business, who is benefiting definitely not the clients. We where promised feedback last week already but hey the phone just rings on the pole . If you dont want to assist clients just be upfront so that we know where we stand and we dont have to look like idiots needing your assistance. I hope someone will get back to us as i will be sending an email to the CEO aswell
