WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

I lodged a complaint three weeks ago about a very serious issue I have with my neighbour and no has cared to even respond let alone intervene in getting the issue resolved. There is a leak from the unit above me which has not been fixed for months now. The cupboards are rotten, the clothes inside the cupboards are gathering mould, the walls are a complete mess.

I don’t even know why I am paying for CSOS because they clearly don’t give a damn about the people they are supposed to be serving. They are the worst service provide I have had to deal with
