What does CSOS do... in addition to our managing agent Angor??
<p>When I ask Angor... they simply say it governance... and dont know what CSOS does that they werent already doing.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I call CSOS to find out... I only got through 1/6 times... otherwise the phone jsut rings.... And the one time I got throuh the lady didnt even know what CSOS does... and simply said that I should speak the the Head of CSOS... some legal person. BUT, on thta day she was not in the office... if I recall correctly she was on leave...</p> <p> </p> <p>So... What is CSOS? Is it something goverment created to take more money from complex unit owners to create jobs and give nothing in return?</p> <p> </p> <p>If CSOS simply does despute resolution... what the property managing agent used to do anyways... why is this 2% then added ONTO levies to the owners.. and not taken from the levies already paid to the property managing agents... Its easy for them to accept it as it does not affect them financially...</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this some kind of goverment scheme that takes money and shares it among the ministers and powers that be?? </p> <p> </p> <p>In the end its not alot of money from me personally... but if you add all the money up! Its lots! Someone or some people are getting rich and can't even explain what they are doing for the money...</p> <p> </p> <p>How does these things get created? Does no one question these things? Or are the ones that are meant to question it... also in for a piece of the pie??</p> <p> </p> <p>Unbelievable... *******ion never ends... </p>
