Violation of rights

I used this service and what a disappointment My rights was violated and false accusations was made against me so i turned to this service for help and i received no help instead the people i reported had a chance to defend and sent in stuff that nothing to do with my case and made false accusations against me and i was not given the opportunity to defend and when i filled out a complaint as they have nothing was done
