Very delayed response and no action from CSOS

I've been trying to solve a problem for over 2 months now. I've submitted my complaint a few times because I got no response from CSOS. I feel as though my emails are floating around somewhere and no one is really attending to them. I finally received a reference number, but I'm still waiting for an assessment response from CSOS, meanwhile the problem I'm facing is getting worse. There is no timeline clarification from CSOS, so you have no idea how long this will take. Will I ever get a response from CSOS? Isn't this supposed to be the place that helps solve problems, not create more of them? It's incredibly frustrating.
