Useless ORGANIZATION, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

We've approached CSOS regarding a dispute with an owner who just refuses to pay their levies and all they could do was to send letters to this person and it ended there no follow ups no nothing, this issue is putting a lot of us in a sticky situation. Because levies are not paid COJ cuts off the whole block including us who are paying. The only thing we do now is make endless payment arrangement with COJ just to keep our lights on while the debt keeps going up. I was just listening to 702 and heard them advertise their services and I thought I should write this review because I am disappointed So this organization is just useless.
