USELESS CSOS

CSOS is absolute waste of money. It is another useless administration who forcefully takes money every month but doesn't do anything. Even though you pay every month fee, they ask you to pay R50 for application and R100 for adjudication. It takes 1 year until they act. When they finally acted Mrs Pather lost the important docs in the file and started adjudication. Although my property was damaged from leak above she dismissed the case, even though pictures were presented as evidence and invoice was give for the damages.
