Unprofessional

I lodge a complaint with CSOS and had the most unprofessional service from Mongezi Vellem from the Western Cape Office. His work ethic and email etiquette is something of concern. Cant believe CSOS would employ someone who cant handle cases professional

Still no feedback or a phone call.
Sent email to Maletsatsi Wotini <***> and still they have not rep****. Even called *** and got a lady who was supposed to call me back and never did
This organization is absolutely useless
