********* and BIAS CSOS.

CSOS is not only biased, it is an ********* institution representing those aligned to management agents. I reported my first case to CSOS, who ignored my evidence even the files I send to them. Instead the adjudicator ruled that my case was frivolous with evidence of the poor state of our complex and the fact that the Trustees have appointed themselves as service providers. CSOS refuted my evidence on behalf of the Trustees. CSOS condone tax evasion at my complex. We are paying for non-existing items and CSOS do not see any fault with it. CSOS ignored all my photo evidence and the emails that the Trustees indicated that they are service providers.

In my second case, a parking in our complex was highjacked by the Trustees there was no unanimous resolution for the alienation of the common property. CSOS acknowledge that there was no resolution and dismissed the application. Again I launched a 3rd case with CSOS, which disappeared, I send my application on the 27th of October 2021 and paid the adjudication fee, till date my matter was never adjudicated on and disappeared from CSOS (004421/FS/21). I will report my allegations to *******ion Watch, SARS and others. Since CSOS allows owners to be exploited.

Dear CSOS,
As indicated in my complaint on which you responded my reference number for my missing case is CSOS 004421/FS/21. I do not want preferential treatment, I plead for equality, fairness and justice as enshrined in the Bill of Rights in our Constitution. In addition, I will approach the Human Rights Commission to ensure that I gain access to Justice.
