The csos make a ruling after adjudication. The managing agent don’t comply. The adjudicator actually says there is nothing they can do when the respondent don’t comply. What a waste aid time and my money. So these trustees and managing agents can rip us off for all they want Because we are sitting with a toothless ombudsman they should just close down and safe us all the extra Money the *****ing from us.
