Terrible Service and Dormant Case which Disappeared

CSOS issued (Jerusha Maren) a non-resolution certificate on the 10th of November 2021. I paid the R100.00 for adjudication, till date (19 May 2022) my matter has not been adjudicated upon and has simply disappeared. CSOS is extremely unreliable and not executing its legislative mandate. Do not expect fairness and justice from CSOS. My case (CSOS4421/FS/21) is dormant and CSOS simply took my money and the mandatory levies I pay each month. CSOS is unresponsive and unprofessional and do not follow their own dispute resolution processes and laws. We must all write letters to the Minister and not keep quite to any injustice. No matter if CSOS respond or not, they are not above the law. The worst ombudsman ever. Even if my matter proceed I know I will never receive a fair trail even with indisputable evidence. This is a sad democracy that we live in.

Dear CSOS,
Your response is meaningless in that sense that Justice Delayed is Justice Denied. It is clear you have no interest in the Constitution and the rule of law. Our complex is a victim of the law and CSOS has failed in its duty to deliver fair and impartial services. Please investigate my case (CSOS 1822/FS/21) start from the onset and see the misrepresentation of the evidence as advance by your Adjudicator Hannchen Louw. Hannchen Louw indicated that there are no evidence to a lack of maintenance, revisit your files I have send numerous photo evidence of the poor maintenance of our complex, which form part of my application. I still have the emails as proof. Additionally, Hannchen Louw ignored material evidence, which includes emails where the Trustees indicated that their are doing maintenance at our complex, none of them are registered as businesses and are not paying tax. Hannchen Louw indicated that the latter (Trustees as service providers) "Whilst not embodied in a specific prayer for relief, I will address the issue of trustees doing work for the body corporate". I have requested numerous orders in line with Section 39, which explicitly state any order that the Chief Ombud deem necessary.

The Trustees are not only in contravention of the Sectional Title Management Act, but also the South African Tax law. How is it possible that CSOS is willing to ignore tax evasion denying millions of South Africans who are in dire need of social services such as housing, education, health and others? This is not a question of law or an error of law. Please investigate these allegations. I am advised by my attorneys to approach the Hawks for further investigation.
