Supposed Ombudsman

I had 2 experiences whereby my flat was damaged due to negligence by the body corporate to which both insurances claims were declined. At which time I approached CSOS for assistance as that is the service the offer.

That being said a few months later and still nothing has been done. I had a further issue which I reported to the company and absolutely no response.

I was made to believe that a meeting will be setup to resolve the dispute but haven’t heard anything back from the company.

This is appalling service especially from a company whose duty it is to resolve matters like this. More so because it has to do with peoples living conditions to which the ombudsman Service doesn’t care about.
