RE THE CSOS BOARD .MATTERS OF DISSATISFACTION & QUERY

RE THE CSOS BOARD: (1) Someone I know has sent very serious complaints against the CSOS to the CSOS Boards ( previous and current ) but after more than two years has not received any acknowledgment or response at all despite repeat sendings via the CSOS Company Secretary ( the given address for the Board ) who has also failed to ever acknowledge , despite repeat requests for him to do so, whether the complaints were actually ever delivered to, and received by , the Boards( previous and current ) or not

Note: nothing brought to attention in the very extensive and serious complaints appears to have been remedied to date

(2) How can ( if there is to be good and proper governance ) the Acting Chief Ombud and CFO of the CSOS ( both executive employees of the CSOS ) also be members of the CSOS Board which is supposed to exercise oversight over them .There is a very obvious conflict of interest.
