Poor Decision Making by CSOS. Copy and Paste Decesion

The Body Corporate took our unresolve matter against the garden owner’s verbally abuse to my wife. The matter went to CSOS, oddly the Trustee stepped down and **** to the newly appointed Trustee that, the matter against the rude gardener was resolved. The Trustee proceeded completing the CSOS Complain form and he was no longer our Trustees. I notify CSOS during our conciliation hearing and they did nothing, I then wrote a letter to the Adjudicate after I provided them with all the evidence and communication between myself and the Trustees. I also told them, the matter was about the rudeness of the garden owner to my wife and not the burglar gate. I wrote several letters to the Adjudicate and CSOS until today, they have never responded to any and now I just got confirmation that, our Complex Conduct Rules were not even registered with CSOS, yet they app**** the verdict using those Complex Conduct Rules that were only drafted a year after I took occupation to my unit. So, the enforce the rules that were never there, Body Corporate that not yet formed and the Trustees that were not even formed. That’s how pathetic CSOS is to us.
