Poor Adjudication

Well my fiancé brought an application against our trustees in our scheme and the adjudicators are completely biased in their findings even by addressing only some of the points and stating that not enough proof that the trustees are acting against the management rules. I mean any funds spent by the trustees must be approved and budgeted for but it was proven that they spent money without approval or anything or how about the fact where we still have no minutes from our agm or any updates however the adjudicator advised that the trustees are running. The complex efficiently???? How do you even come to that conclusion. So it’s efficient to lose R50000 on water leaks a month and just to let it go??? Shameful and very biased be there for the people who actually pay for your services and be fair to all not just the managing agents and trustees. Don’t even know why we pay csos. Everyone I speak to has given mounds of proof however csos either chooses not to see it or the just don’t even read the filings by the applicants.
