Pathetic Service recieved from CSOS

I had visited the Csos offices to lodge a case against my home owners association.. From the start my case was mishandled!! I am so disgusted with the level of service received.. I opened my case on the 14/09/2023! The individual that assisted me explained the process and yet failed to follow the set process! I made countless calls to the Csos offices and left numerous messages for someone at CSOS to contact me, but was ignored! Countless emails were also ignored!! The conciliation was only set 3 months later! The conciliation was a disaster!! The conciliator was late and the audio was poor as it was done via MS TEAMS... The said conciliator then opted for arbitration and I was assured that my case would be reviewed within 48hours, this too did not happen as promised!! I only received feedback in January and they had overturned each of my case points!!

Csos has failed me and I am disgusted with how they operate!!!
