Pathetic service
I sent a complaint about the managing agent in the complex I was staying. It just so happens that at the time I had sold my property and the property was transferred after I logged a complaint and we were in the middle of the case. The official dumped the case and closed it because it was registered to someone else while I was busy with them. I tried to send a complaint but I was slapped with a letter that they are closing my case..That is so unprofessional and totally unacceptable

We understand your frustration regarding how your complaint was handled. Unfortunately, once a property is sold and transferred, we no longer have jurisdiction to act on matters related to that unit, as you are no longer the registered owner.
