According new legislation a levy has been imposed on all sectional title schemes that was suppose to make things better with regards to disputes in a complex. I launched a dispute more than a month ago and still the CSOS have not communicated with me further to help me resolve problems at my complex where the Managing Agent and Trustees is abusing their powers. Ive been calling the CSOS several times and they keep telling me i will receive a email from them where they then want me to make a payment before they assist me??? Whats the point if we have to pay you and you clearly dont seem to be able to assist me or even bother to communicate. I think i rather get a lawyer to help me and im stopping to pay my csos levy as they have been now at default by not delivering the service they should have as stated the will do according the new act. Another good case for Agriforum to investigate.
