no adjudication/outcome - 6 months later

We pay CSOS levies but get nothing in return. We lodged a complaint end of last year and every time we email and ask for an update, we are told they are busy and it's being passed between different adjudicators. Even if you use the escalation channels provided by CSOS, you get nowhere, this is truly pathetic, yet we are forced to pay the CSOS levies.
