No accountability

I lodged a complaint on 14 September 2021, the matter went for conciliation and no effort was done to try and assist in resolving the matter (coucellers should be empowered to negotiate a resolution). The complaint was merged with another one and then referred to adjudication which was a total mess. On the 17 March 2022 I received an Adjudication Order that had serious gross Irregularities. a) The Order issued was only for my complaint and did not include the joint complaint (that was approved by CSOS). b) My final submission was not included (Seems to have got lost, even though they confirmed receiving it). c) The order did not take my writes into consideration and hold the directors to their fiduciary responsibility. (There mistakes are my issue)

I then raised a complaint and complete silence. There seems to be no quality control. I then spoke to an atorny and there statment was "a wast of time". How sad, now i see a number of complaints being raised all over the media.
