One of the trustees send a dispute to csos against me after conciliation the matter was referred to adjucation I was asked by the adjudicator to submit my my final submissions which I did on time.Acnowledge receipt of final submissions was send to me by the adjudicator. When I received the judication order under respondents submissions it said no further submissions were made by the respondent in repect of the matter despite having requested further submissions from all parties.I send a email to the adjudicator and raised my concern I had no reply. I believe that all ethical procedures were not followed. Therefore al my submissions where not taken into consideration.
