Might loose my property because of CSOS

WC 238 /2017 lodged at Cape Town office - April 2017 1. Eventually a recocilliation date was set in Cape Town.(24 th July 2017) I flew to Cape Town (from Johannesburg) on arrival the SCOS representative Glynnis Naidoo has LOST my whole file. The homeowners representatives were not present and Mrs Naidoo conducted the reconcilliation without my file en no representatives. I stayed in Cape Town for 3 days on my own cost as Mrs Naidoo promised to look for my file and try to schedule another meeting with the rspondents. The next day Mrs Naidoo was off sick and she was unreachable. 2. CSOS approved an investigation to be done before adjudication , but it did not happen. 3. Because of the above I lost the case, a senior Adv suggested that Adv Letele should look into this matter, as this case has a serious impact on my financial situation. 4. Adv Letele initially granted me an appointment, which she postponed /cancelled over a period of 2 months. Her last email to me in Nov 2017 reads: Dear Sanet I will call you this week. Please don’t despair. I have just been busy. Thought CSOS was established to assist property owners to be unfairly bul****. Because of CSOS and the handling of this case I have lost my rental income and might not be in a position to keep my house!
